Vince Gage, Sr. Vice President Initial Operations Western Region, will take on operational responsibility for PDC Australia in addition to his current responsibilities. Bill Barrett, VP/GM PDC Australia, will report directly to Vince.

Restructuring the operation will allow PDC to further leverage existing resources and identify unique solutions during peak delivery timeframes.

Hass Tebelmann, VP - Business Development, will take on operational responsibility for PDC Logistics Canada in addition to his current Business Development responsibilities. Teri Cook and Eric Cameron will report directly to Hass.

Restructuring the operation will allow PDC to establish a single point of contact for YPG’s operations and customer service needs, and create standard operational practices to help drive cost efficiencies.  This change will benefit both PDC and YPG in the future.

As part of the PDC’s commitment to continuous improvement, PDC has launched the next generation of Advantage - the flagship software system of PDC. With this launch, PDC continues to lead the way in innovative distribution.

The new Advantage merges together new technologies and design elements to create a modern user interface with additional features to improve ease of use and functionality. The upgraded user interface simplifies all processes of distribution and inventory management.

The new Advantage system also includes:

· Scanning features to reduce keystrokes and improve input
· Dashboards to show high level progress reporting
· New Security features for all pages and level of users
· Simplified Checkout and Load Route features
· New Distributor record features
· Enhanced and merged reports

The new features and enhancements make Advantage a powerful tool and truly gives PDC the “Advantage”.

AT&T announced the results of the 2010 Supplier Quality Alliance applications. PDC has again been named a Silver Quality Award recipient for 2010. The Award symbolizes PDC’s commitment to quality and recognizes our team’s efforts and results throughout 2010.

This is the sixteenth year that AT&T has conducted the Supplier Quality program. Applications are carefully reviewed to determine the level of each supplier’s commitment to product quality, sustainability and environmental issues.

Only nine suppliers were honored with an Award, with just two Gold Award winners.

Product Development Corporation UK Ltd is pleased to announce a new partnership and a majority acquisition of d2dc (The National Door to Door Company) located in Widnes, Cheshire UK.

The National Door to Door Company offers comprehensive local, regional and national leaflet and sample distribution utilizing Royal Mail, Free Newspaper and Solus (Direct to Door) distribution. Paul Mawson, Managing Director and significant owner, will continue to manage the company. Paul has over 25 years’ experience in the business and he will be working closely with Simon Raine, Managing Director for PDC UK. We are confident that this new business partnership will create a number of new opportunities in the UK market.

After thirty seven years of loyal and dedicated service, Marty Healey has announced his retirement from PDC on May 1, 2011. Over the years, Marty has made substantial contributions serving as PDC’s Controller and Assistant Secretary.

Mario Bertolucci is joining PDC team as the new Controller, and he will be working closely with Marty to ensure a smooth transition of all financial responsibilities and other support service functions. Mario brings over thirteen years of extensive management, financial, and accounting experience to our PDC team.

PDC President, Peter Boulais, has announced plans to retire on June 1, 2011. The Board’s Presidential Search Committee, has worked in close partnership with Peter to select a replacement. After what the Board believes to be a very serious and thorough process, Tim Dinovo, Senior Vice President, Support Services has been selected to succeed Peter as President of PDC on June 1, 2011.

Tim’s contributions to the company and the industry for more than 20 years are a terrific foundation for this assignment. We look forward to his successful leadership as PDC takes on the challenges and opportunities ahead.

While Peter will be retiring as President, he will remain an active Board member. Thanks to Peter for the superb job he has done as the operating head of PDC the past 10 years.

Bill Barrett, Director Initial Operations West, has accepted the position of Vice President of PDC’s Australia Operations. Bill will be relocating from Colorado to Melbourne to lead PDC’s talented Australia Staff.

The Board of Directors has elected Woodworth B. Clum III (Bernie) as Vice Chairman of the Board.

Bernie will be working closely with the CEO and the other board members to provide support and oversight for PDC, and assume certain administrative functions. Bernie is looking forward to traveling throughout the PDC organization to meet with our associates and gain more in depth information about our services and client.

AT&T has completed its review of the 2009 Supplier Quality Alliance submissions, and PDC has been announced as a Silver Quality Award recipient. The Award symbolizes PDC’s commitment to quality and recognizes our team’s efforts and results throughout 2009.

This is the fifteenth year that AT&T has conducted the Supplier Quality program. Applications are carefully reviewed to determine the level of each supplier’s commitment to product quality, sustainability and environmental issues.

This year only ten suppliers were honored with an Award and only one was announced as a Gold Award winner.

Vancouver was honored to host the 2010 Olympic Winter Games. Long before the Games began, PDC Logistics planned for the successful initial distribution of the Vancouver Yellow Pages. The preparations and hard work resulted in a job well done. At a presentation in Toronto, Yellow Pages Group’s (YPG) VP of Supply Chain & Logistics, Lorne Richmond and Director of Distribution, Peter Procak presented PDC Logistics a plaque to recognize the special attention and dedication that went into this year’s Olympic preparations.

The plaque which portrays the Olympic symbol and medal reads, "In recognition of your efforts, YPG Distribution Team would like to congratulate PDC Western Canada Team for a gold medal delivery of the Vancouver 2010 Yellow Pages Book."
